Peter Barn B&B is a converted tithe barn set in the beautiful and tranquil Ribble Valley on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Waddington. We are 4 miles away from the historic market town of Clitheroe and well situated for exploring the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland (AONB)

Peter Barn was featured in the Observer magazine Top 20 B and Bs and we are featured in Alistair Sawday's B and B (Special Places) Guide.

Planted with a range of species both native and foreign, the gardens are a family achievement, transformed from a field into a colourful and peaceful haven with abundant wildlife.

Guest accommodation is situated on the first floor taking full advantage of the view over our gardens towards Pendle Hill and Longridge Fell.

There are a number of walks of varying lengths in the surrounding countryside and a footpath leading across the fields to Waddington where evening meals can be enjoyed at one of the three village pubs. Other country inns and restaurants offering a variety of excellent food can be found in Clitheroe and the surrounding area.
